Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags and stickers in place. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@waddies.ca. Once your email is received, our customer care team will communicate with you to help guide you through the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please keep the tracking information of your return to monitor delivery status. We encourage you to get the insurance on your return shipment as we cannot be responsible for the shipping agent should your product be damaged or lost on the shipment back to BortCo Inc.
Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, we will issue the credit minus a small handling fee. You will be notified via email once your return is processed and the credit has been issued.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within the 30 day return policy window) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
After the 30 day return window has expired, we will consider claims on a case-by-case basis. We stand by the quality of our products. If used properly, the structural and functional integrity of your Waddies set should last for many years. We will not replace Waddies products due to cosmetic damage caused by regular use such as chipping, fading or scuffing. We will not replace or repair Waddies products that were used or stored improperly.
Please email info@waddies.ca to initiate your replacement or to resolve your issue. Include your name, order number and photos of the defect or damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or items purchased via a third party. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
