THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
You have the right to data erasure. You can have us delete all of your personal data at any time. By unsubscribing from our e-mail content, your data is also erased.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Privacy and data protection is critically considered at the start and throughout our apps and services lifecycles. According to provision 4.5 of the PIPEDA, we only hold and process data that is necessary for our website and services. In addition, data access is limited to only those personnel in charge of the processing. Additionally, our website host collects certain data to power their analytics (see “ANY THIRD PARTIES WITH ACCESS TO IT” section above).
MANDATORY DATA BREACH NOTIFICATIONS
Our web host implements continual security firewalling and anti-spamming and anti-hacking measures to protect our databases. In the unlikely event that our database is breached, you will be notified within 72 hours of us becoming aware of the leak.
